• Please indicate in the address if the delivery is to be made to an individual at a company, otherwise you will not accept liability for non-delivery of the shipment.

DELIVERY FARE

Are automatically calculated into cart. Do an order simulation to see how cheap are our delivery costs, also for foreign countries. (set "priority mail" into shipping field)

DELIVERY SYSTEM

Given the small size/weight of most products, the best shipping fares are available. We believe that the untrackable condition of Priority and "raccomandata" mail are a really small drawback for a so affordable price. Anyway you can select Quick Pack Europe or the international fast pack "Paccocelere", in areas where these services are available, which are more expensive but completely trackable.

- Priority Mail (the cheapest, untrackable)

- Mail "raccomandata" .There's a shipping receipt ,and requires your signature at pack reception, so we can see if it has been delivered. Trackable only within italian border.

The extra standard fares shown into the shipping options are for bulky size and weight. Use them only where they're the only option proposed for Priority Mail and "Raccomandata".

- Quick pack Europe. Completely trackable.Cost of customs clearance are possible, and are completely at charge of customer.

- International fast pack "paccocelere", completely trackable. Since that requires a customs declaration, delays in delivery and cost of customs clearance are possible, and are completely at charge of customer.

• we don't ship with payment at delivery, to avoid a higher expense (it is however not possible with priority mail, and on "raccomandata" there would be +3 eur more for cash taxes).

PRICES

All prices exposed are vat included, delivery fares excluded.Iron Work Models reserves to change prices at every moment, orders will be evaded at prices showed at order time.

DELIVERY TERMS

Goods travel at charge and risk of the customer.

RECESS RIGHTS           Dlgs.n.185/1999

The recess rights are on italian laws, regulated byl D.l. n.185/99, who provides the possibility for the customer to receed from the contract into a maximum ten days from the products receiving. The customer must inform us by letter or e-mail at :

The backshipping of the products is at charge of the costomer. Products must be intact and into it's original form and package. Money payed will be given back into a 30 days from goods return time.
