SDW stands for Slow Drying Waterbased - a True Earth exclusive and an absolute novelty in the modeling product market.
For example, it allows for blend-ability / long-time workability, previously only possible with solvent-based products: oils, enamels, which have the drawbacks of solvents, odor and difficult use.
Together with the w-resin formulation, the SDW technology contributes, for example, to a pleasant and easy painting with SDW Shading Colors both by airbrush and brush, or to easily create blended rust streaks with SDW Rust.
Or to paint figures with a shading technique that has so far only been permitted by oils.
The drying times, which differ according to the lines in which this technology is inserted, are however shorter than oils.
All this typically True Earth, in absolutely solvent free formulations, odourless and dilutable where needed with simple water..

SDW è l'acronimo di Slow Drying Waterbased - In base acqua a lenta asciugatura, una esclusiva True Earth ed una novità assoluta nel mercato di prodotti da modellismo.
Permette ad esempio sfumabilità / lunga lavorabilità, finora possibili solo con prodotti a solvente: olii, smalti, i quali hanno l'inconveniente dei solventi, dell'odore, del difficile utilizzo.
Insieme alla formulazione w-resin, la tecnologia SDW contribuisce ad esempio a rendere più facile e piacevole la colorazione con gli SDW Shading Colors sia ad aerografo che a pennello, o a realizzare facilmente colature di ruggine sfumate con gli SDW Rust.
Oppure a dipingere figurini con una tecnica di sfumatura permessa finora solo dagli olii.
I tempi di asciugatura, diversi a seconda delle linee in cui questa tecnologia è inserita, sono comunque più brevi degli olii.
Il tutto, tipicamente True Earth, in formulazioni assolutamente prive di solventi, inodori e diluibili ove necessario in semplice acqua.
